以5 m直径大型运载火箭贮箱筒段为研究对象,对该筒段进行了环缝焊接过程的有限元模拟,得到了焊接过程的温度场分布情况以及简化工装约束条件下焊接后和约束卸载后的应力变形情况.结果表明,筒段的整体变形以径向变形为主;焊后最大应力出现在焊缝,最大应力429 MPa,由于应变强化而高于屈服强度;焊缝处的应力除外表面轴向应力为压应力,其他皆为拉应力.  相似文献

Faster response to orientation varying is one of the outstanding abilities of a parallel kinematic machine(PKM).It enables such a system to act as a reconfgurable module employed to machine large components effciently.The stiffness formulation and analysis are the beforehand key tasks for its parameters design.A novel PKM with four degrees of freedom(DOFs)is proposed in this paper.The topology behind it is 2PUS-2PRS parallel mechanism.Its semianalytical stiffness model is frstly obtained,where the generalized Jacobian matrix of 2PUS-2PRS is formulated with the help of the screw theory and the stiffness coeffcients of complicated components are estimated by integrating fnite element analysis and numerical ftting.Under the help of the model,it is predicted that the property of system stiffness distributes within the given workspace,which features symmetry about a certain plane and is also verifed by performing fnite element analysis of the virtual prototype.Furthermore,key parameters affecting the system stiffness are identifed through sensitivity analysis.These provide insights for further optimization design of this PKM.  相似文献

探讨了基座、臂杆全弹性影响下,基于有限时间的漂浮基空间机器人系统轨迹跟踪以及柔性抑振问题.由于弹性基座与两柔性杆之间存在多重动力学耦合关系,此系统为高度非线性系统.将弹性基座与臂杆间的连接视为线性弹簧,利用拉格朗日第二类方程并结合假设模态法,推导出该系统的动力学模型;应用奇异摄动理论的两种时间尺度假设,将系统分解为表示刚性运动的慢变子系统和表示基座弹性、双柔杆振动的快变子系统.针对慢变子系统,设计了一种基于名义模型的有限时间控制器,保证完成刚性期望轨迹跟踪.设计的积分式滑模面具有有限时间收敛特性,比传统渐近收敛控制方法具有更快的收敛速度和更强的鲁棒性;对于快变子系统,采用线性二次型最优控制同时抑制弹性基座与两柔性杆的振动.Lyapunov理论证明了所提控制算法能使跟踪误差在有限时间内收敛到原点.仿真验证了控制方法的有效性.  相似文献

In this paper, the flow field characteristics of Oblique Detonation Waves (ODWs) induced by a finite wedge under argon dilution are studied by solving the Euler equations with a detailed chemical model of hydrogen and air. First, the effects of the expansion waves, argon concentration, geometric parameters, and Mach number on the ODW are discussed. The results show that the changes of these parameters may make the oblique detonation not be initiated. Then, the ODW initiation criterion of the finite wedge is summarized, as the characteristic length of the induction zone LC and the characteristic length of the oblique wedge LW meet the condition LC/LW < 1, the initiation of the ODW occurs; otherwise, it does not occur. What’s more, the Constant Volume Combustion (CVC) theory is applied to study the characteristic length of induction zone. It is found that CVC theory is more suitable for the “smooth transition” type of ODW flow field, the theoretical and numerical characteristic length in induction regions are in good agreement. This work is of great significance for the design of oblique detonation engines for hypersonic vehicles.  相似文献

Particle-tool interactions, which govern the synergetic deformation of SiC particle reinforced Al matrix composites under mechanical machining, strongly depend on the geometry of particle position residing on cutting path. In the present work, we investigate the influence of cutting path on the machinability of a SiCp/Al composite in multi-step ultra-precision diamond cutting by combining finite element simulations with experimental observations and characterization. Be consistent with experimentally characterized microstructures, the simulated SiCp/Al composite is considered to be composed of randomly distributed polygonally-shaped SiC particles with a volume fraction of 25vol%. A multi-step cutting strategy with depths of cut ranging from 2 to 10 μm is adopted to achieve an ultimate depth of cut of 10 μm. Intrinsic material parameters and extrinsic cutting conditions utilized in finite element simulations of SiCp/Al cutting are consistent with those used in corresponding experiments. Simulation results reveal different particle-tool interactions and failure modes of SiC particles, as well as their correlations with machining force evolution, residual stress distribution and machined surface topography. A detailed comparison between numerical simulation results and experimental data of multi-step diamond cutting of SiCp/Al composite reveals a substantial impact of the number of cutting steps on particle-tool interactions and machined surface quality. These findings provide guidelines for achieving high surface finish of SiCp/Al composites by ultra-precision diamond cutting.  相似文献

Ti2AlNb intermetallic alloy is a relatively newly developed high-temperature-resistant structural material, which is expected to replace nickel-based super alloys for thermally and mechanically stressed components in aeronautic and automotive engines due to its excellent mechanical properties and high strength retention at elevated temperature. The aim of this work is to present a fast and reliable methodology of inverse identification of constitutive model parameters directly from cutting experiments. FE-machining simulations implemented with a modified Johnson-Cook (TANH) constitutive model are performed to establish the robust link between observables and constitutive parameters. A series of orthogonal cutting experiments with varied cutting parameters is carried out to allow an exact comparison to the 2D FE-simulations. A cooperative particle swarm optimization algorithm is developed and implemented into the Matlab programs to identify the enormous constitutive parameters. Results show that the simulation observables (i.e., cutting forces, chip morphologies, cutting temperature) implemented with the identified optimal material constants have high consistency with those obtained from experiments, which illustrates that the FE-machining models using the identified parameters obtained from the proposed methodology could be predicted in a close agreement to the experiments. Considering the wide range of the applied unknown parameters number, the proposed inverse methodology of identifying constitutive equations shows excellent prospect, and it can be used for other newly developed metal materials.  相似文献
